Do you ship internationally?As of right now the site will only allow orders within Australia due to import issues. If you're international please send us an email with your city and we'll do our best to accommodate your location!

My bug is damaged, what do I do?Please remember that our bugs have had a life, and just like us they have some flaws. No specimen will be identical and that's okay! Please allow for minor tears and marks on your specimen. **Please note that some specimen are sold at discounted prices due to damage, these ones will be specifically listed with the damage. All other specimen will be high quality with very minor (if any) damage.

How do I preserve my frame/dome?As the bugs are already dried there's very little you need to do to help preserve the specimen. Please try to keep them out of direct sunlight, and spray the base of the frame/dome with surface spray every few months just to make sure no little mites try to eat your specimen.

Do you kill the bugs to frame them?No, our bugs are responsibly sourced from suppliers all over the world. Most of our suppliers are butterfly farms that work to preserve different species. Bugs and butterflies generally don't have long life spans, we'd never kill or harm any creatures for art.

Are your apothecary items vegan?Yes! All apothecary items are completely vegan and cruelty free. If you have any allergies that you're worried about please email us at info@woodlandwisp.com and we will help you make sure what products are right for you.
