SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns from change of mind are not accepted on any domes, frames or apothecary items. 
For returns due to damage in post, please send us an email with photos of your item and a brief explanation of what happened and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.

Items that are not hand made, returns for change of mind will be accepted, postage at the cost of the buyer. 
Returns on non-handmade items due to damage will require an email with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a refund, store credit or exchange. 

We pride ourselves on taking care with all our items, all items are checked thoroughly before being packaged up but we do understand the post can cause damage sometimes and we're happy to be as accommodating as possible.
